Cancellation & Refund Policy

How to Cancel

You may cancel your BI Linker subscription at any time by logging into your account and navigating to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription. No phone call or email is required — cancellation is fully self-serve.

You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.

What Happens After Cancellation

• Continued access: Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to the Service until that date.
• No further charges: Your payment method will not be charged after the cancellation effective date.
• Data retention: Your account and associated data are retained for 30 days after cancellation. You may reactivate your account within this window. After 30 days, all account data is permanently deleted.
• WooCommerce credentials: Your API credentials are revoked and deleted immediately upon account closure.

No Partial Refunds

We do not issue partial refunds for unused days within a billing period. When you cancel, you keep access for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
